How To Get A Learners Licence Booking

1. Before you apply for your learners licence booking, your first step is to buy a K53 compliant study guide, and/or sign up for theory lessons at your local driving school. Prices vary so shop around 
2. Go to your nearest testing station with the following docs: 
3. 1. Reference Number 
   2. ID book + 1 photo copy 
   3. Pay  R80 (remember to keep the receipt) 
   4. 4 black & white ID photos (approx R50) 
   5. Eye test (to save time at the testing station, get one from your optometrist) 
4. On the day of your test, please make sure to arrive at the testing station well in advance. Don't forget to take with you all documents required, together with your receipt for R80.  Please note that when you pass your test, the testing station will charge you R45 to issue your learner license. You will receive your learner's licence immediately.
